Welcome to the GTO Practices Blog — a new home for the ideas, findings, and updates coming out of GovTech’s Government Technology Office.
This website has always been the place for our stable, canonical documentation: the guidelines, patterns, playbooks, and reference materials that our Product, Software Engineering, Design, Data, AI, Operations Engineering, and Programme Management practices rely on. This blog is where we’ll share the things that move faster than reference docs.

Section titled “Who this is for”We’re publishing this in the open for a public technology audience — engineers, designers, product managers, data and AI practitioners, and anyone curious about how government builds and operates digital services. Everything here is open content, intended to be shared with and learned from by the wider industry.
Each post is tagged by the practice it comes from, so you can follow the topics that matter most to you. Posts that span the whole of GTO — like this one — are tagged general.
